Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care Acquires We Care Kids Care, PLLC
Wakefield, Massachusetts – Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is pleased to announce that it has acquired We Care Kids Care, PLLC on February 6, 2017.
We Care Kids Care is a pediatric home health care agency based in The Woodlands, Texas. We Care Kids Care provides private duty nursing and therapy services to medically fragile children in the greater Houston metropolitan area.
This acquisition follows the acquisition of Advocate Pediatric Home Care on January 1, 2017. As a result of these two acquisitions, Thrive SPC has substantially increased its market presence in the greater Houston metropolitan area. “The acquisition of We Care Kids Care furthers our mission to provide high quality clinical home care to medically fragile children so they can grow and flourish to their full potential,” said Greg Serrao, Chairman, President and CEO of the Company.
Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care currently serves medically fragile children in Arizona, Kansas, and Texas from nine locations.
