Our Purpose

To provide high quality clinical home care to medically fragile children so they can grow and flourish to their full potential.

Why Choose Us

We have a singular focus: to provide the highest quality home care to children.

Everyone at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is committed to using the brightest minds, the best technology, and the biggest hearts to fulfill our purpose: to provide high quality clinical home care to medically fragile children so they can grow and flourish to their full potential. Our nurses choose to work at Thrive SPC because they want to make a difference and be there for your child’s worst days, their best days, and for all the many memorable moments and milestones in between.

Thrive SPC was founded in 2016 with the intention of building a company that would grow to become one of the nation’s leading providers of pediatric home care and endure for generations. We have quickly become a respected national pediatric care provider in 7 states, leading the way in compassion-based care that considers the entire universe surrounding medically fragile children. We provide comprehensive care, including private duty nursing and therapies.

We participate in industry wide work groups related to COVID-19, advocacy, and more. Through Thrive Cares Foundation and our Social Responsibility Committee, we provide emergency assistance to teammates and patients and their families and provide support to dozens of nonprofits in the communities where our teammates and patients live and work.

Why Thrive SPC

Our Core Values

Respect

We value every individual and treat them with dignity and respect. We know that our business is nothing more than people working with people to care for people. Everyone is important and contributes value and should be treated accordingly.

Excellence

We strive to achieve the best results in all that we do. Pursuing continuous improvement is in our DNA. We realize that good is the enemy of great and we aspire to be great.

Never have I been so proud to work for an agency with the way Thrive SPC has responded to the Coronavirus pandemic. We are briefed frequently with emails from the CEO. Our clients’ health is the company’s #1 priority and that is what nursing is all about.

Social Responsibility

We are philanthropic with our time and financial resources to benefit those in need. We know from experience it is better to give than to receive and that knowledge motivates us to give back to the communities we serve in various and meaningful ways.

Integrity

A commitment to conduct our business in an honest and fair manner.

Compassion

We strive to alleviate the distress, pain and suffering of the families we serve with loving kindness. We approach every family we serve with empathy and a deep desire to help them.
