Michael Hoyt

Mike joined Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care in 2017 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He was later promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and most recently was named SVP of Technology and Business Process. Mike oversees the IT operations and team. Together they look at new ways to track and report on our growth and care metrics and systems and software to keep our national team connected and working at maximum efficiency.

Mike and his wife, who is a marketing professional, have three adult daughters. Previously, he was with American Dental Partners, serving as Vice President and CIO from 2009 to 2017. Mike also held the position of Senior Technology Director for GTECH, an international gaming technology company, and various positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), serving clients across several industries, including health care claims processing and medical device manufacturing.

Mike continually works to make sure Thrive SPC leadership has the reporting and systems necessary to grow and support our teammates and that our field clinicians have the technology and equipment needed to allow them to focus on providing high quality care.
