Thrive SPC was founded in 2016 with the intention of building a company that would grow to become one of the nation’s leading providers of pediatric home care. We quickly became a respected national pediatric care provider in 7 states, leading the way in compassion-based care for medically fragile children.
To take things to the next level, we recently joined forces with Aveanna Healthcare, a national leader in pediatric and adult home care. Together with Aveanna, we are now in 36 states; we serve more than 80,000 patients, and we offer you more resources, more nurses and therapists, more training, more compassion, and more innovative technology than ever.
Even though we are a large provider today, we remain a true family that is determined to do all we can to bring the best outcomes home to you – one patient and one day at a time.
