Thrive SPC offers new Pediatric Home Care Nurses and Pediatric Home Health Nurses the resources they need so they can provide our patients with the best care.

General Resources for New Nurses

As a pediatric nurse serving medically fragile children, it’s important to stay updated on the latest developments in pediatric care. There are various groups, like the Society of Pediatric Nurses and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, dedicated to providing educational resources, news on pediatric trends, and networking opportunities with nurses around the country.

Thrive SPC Leadership

A company’s leadership should dedicate their time to helping employees grow. At Thrive SPC, the leadership team has years of experience in home health care. They help to create a work culture that is people-centric allowing new employees and those who have been with Thrive SPC for years a place to flourish and improve their nursing skills.

Thrive SPC Benefits

Thrive SPC offers its employees a great benefits package. All employees, regardless of working hours, receive pet health insurance, an employee referral bonus program, Verizon & AT&T discounts, and BenefitHub Discounts. Those who work 30-40+ hours are eligible for the employee assistance program, medical and dental insurance, a Fidelity 401(k) plan, up to 80 hours of PTO, and more.

Thrive Cares Foundation

The Thrive Cares Foundation is a program that expands our purpose of providing quality clinical home care to medically fragile children and employees by offering funds that support the following:

  • Extraordinary costs incurred by patients and families for home adaptation, medical equipment and supplies, after-life expenses, and costs related to travel for special medical procedures.
  • Programs that provide care to medically underserved children.
  • The Foundation’s Short-Term Emergency Assistance Program, established to provide Thrive SPC teammates with funds to help with emergency hardship due to a sudden and severe personal or family crisis.*

*Thrive SPC employees must have donated per Foundation guidelines to apply. Teammates can donate easily through payroll deduction using this form.

Licensed Health Aide in Arizona

Along with nurses, Thrive SPC also provides resources for family caregivers. For family members with children in the Arizona Long Term Care System who have skilled care needs, Thrive SPC offers a Family Licensed Health Aide Program. This program offers qualified family caregivers the chance to become licensed and paid to provide care, bathing, grooming, meal prep, and medication administration to their children who are 21 or younger.

Thrive SPC ensures that new pediatric nurses feel welcome and comfortable so they can grow to their fullest potential. Work with us today and join a team of the brightest minds, the best technology, and the biggest hearts. https://www.thrivespc.com/careers/
