Full Job Description
Full Time Annual Potential: $90k+

Main duties include:
Perform client visits in a timely, professional, and appropriate manner per standards of care and the needs of the patient. Coordinate with the physician regarding patient changes. Demonstrate clinical integrity by delivering the ordered treatment plan as ordered. Complete all assessments, updates, and other documentation to maintain excellent care management and delivery. Cooperate and assist other healthcare-related agencies providing or assuming health care services to enhance continuity of care. If applicable, provide/conduct supervisory visits in a timely manner as required for Assistants to ensure appropriate service provision and compliance to all State and Federal regulations.  
 
Requirements 
Our ideal candidate possesses:
A passion for pediatrics Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills At least one year of postgraduate pediatric and/or home health experience A current, unencumbered practice license An Onsite version of BLS Certification (CPR and First Aid) A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLPs) A current valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance, along with reliable personal transportation
