No experience necessary; on the job training provided! With training, the Patient Care Coordinator will become knowledgeable of equipment and supplies provided by Thrive SPC and uphold its standard for excellence.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls; Proactively reach out to patients/caregivers to field equipment and supply requests and key orders into system.
  • Maintain open communications and confidentiality.
  • Obtain insurance information and verify eligibility.
  • Key documentation into the system for order confirmation and verify all information for completeness and accuracy.
