Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer

Prior to starting Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, Greg was the founder, Chairman, and CEO of American Dental Partners, Inc., (ADPI) for 20 years. ADPI is one of the nation’s largest dental practice management companies with 300 locations in 21 states. Greg still serves as Chairman of ADPI. From 1992 to 1995, he served as the President of National Specialty Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Cardinal Health, Inc. From 1991 to 1992, Greg served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Cardinal Health. Before joining Cardinal Health, Greg was an investment banker at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc., where he co-founded its healthcare investment banking group and specialized in mergers, acquisitions, and public equity offerings. Greg serves on the Board of Directors of National Institute of Children’s Health Quality (NICHQ), Dean’s Board of Advisors at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club in Lawrence, MA, and is a member of the Finance Committee for the Town of Andover, MA.
