Roberta Verville

Chief Compliance and Regulatory Officer

Roberta joined Thrive SPC in 2021 to lead our Compliance Program, partner with IT to augment and enrich the Privacy and Security Program, and provide oversight for Regulatory/Licensing. She will work alongside local and regional leaders to advocate for greater access to care for our patients.

Roberta is a devoted daughter and proud mom to her son. She was a caregiver and personal care attendant for young, disabled adults while attending UMASS Lowell and later while earning her master’s degree in Health Advocacy from Sarah Lawrence College in New York. As a career compliance officer, she has developed and implemented compliance programs in many settings, including large, academic hospitals and national physician groups. Her passion lies in supporting home and community-based services that prioritize keeping families together and individuals at home.

Roberta is dedicated to enhancing our Compliance Program and establishing an effective infrastructure that will identify, prevent, and mitigate fraud, waste, or abuse and promote ethical decisions and integrity across the company. The ultimate goals of the program are to ensure the quality of services provided and for which we seek reimbursement, documentation accuracy, and–most importantly–that we meet our core value of excellence in clinical care.
